Terms of Service
Terms of Service.
The terms for using prayworksstudios.com and sponsoring the studio's work. Last updated 23 August 2026.
These terms
These terms govern the use of prayworksstudios.com and the sponsorships made through it. The site is operated by PrayWorks Studios. Contact: [email protected].
Sponsorships
A sponsorship is voluntary financial support of the studio's film production. It is not a charitable donation and is not tax-deductible; the studio is not a registered charity. A sponsorship is not a purchase of goods or services and confers no influence over the content of the films.
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms; the studio does not receive or store card details. One-time sponsorships are charged once. Monthly sponsorships renew automatically each month until cancelled; cancellation is available at any time through the sponsor's self-service page and stops all future charges.
Payments made in error — including duplicate and reconsidered payments — are refunded on request within 30 days of the charge.
Acknowledgements
Certain sponsorship levels include a named acknowledgement in the credits on this site or in a released film. Acknowledgements are published only with the sponsor's consent, may be withdrawn at any time, and the studio may decline or remove a name it considers offensive or misleading.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The films, interactive episodes and all other content of this site are the property of PrayWorks Studios. Scripture quotations are from public-domain translations: the World English Bible, the King James Version, and the R. H. Charles translation (1917) of the Book of Enoch.
Viewing and sharing links is welcome. Churches, schools and ministries may screen the films from YouTube in services, classes and gatherings at no charge. Content may not be re-uploaded, sold or presented as another party's work. Other uses — curriculum, translation, partnership — require the studio's permission via the contact page.
Liability, law and changes
The site is provided as is, without warranties, and may change over time. To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site; nothing in these terms limits rights provided by mandatory consumer law. These terms are governed by the law of the studio's country of registration (currently Sweden). Changes to these terms are published on this page with an updated date.
