Correspondence. The name, email address and message submitted through the contact form or sent by email, delivered by the form service Web3Forms. Purpose: responding to inquiries. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retained as long as needed to handle the inquiry.

Sponsorship records. The name, email address and amount of a sponsorship, received from the payment provider Stripe. The studio does not receive or store card details. Purpose: administering sponsorships and meeting bookkeeping obligations. Legal bases: performance of the sponsorship and legal obligation. Retained for the period required by applicable accounting law.

Published acknowledgements. A sponsor's name is published in the credits only with the sponsor's consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Call bookings. Details entered with the scheduling service are processed under that service's own policy; the studio receives the booking.

Technical data. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses in its logs to deliver and protect the site and may set strictly necessary security cookies. Email is processed by Google Workspace. Reading progress in the interactive episodes is stored in the browser's local storage on your device and is not transmitted to the studio.

The site uses no advertising, no analytics, no tracking cookies and no profiling. Personal data is never sold or shared for marketing. Should analytics ever be introduced, this policy will be updated beforehand.

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict its processing; and receive a copy in portable form. Requests: [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The films are suitable for all ages, but the contact form and sponsorships are intended for adults; the studio does not knowingly process children's personal data. Changes to this policy are published on this page with an updated date.
